A regional seminar was held in the Mangystauregional AIDS Center

On April 08, 2021, the regional center for the prevention and control of AIDS hosted a regional seminar on bringing new legal acts in the field of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of HIV infection.

The seminar was held within the framework of the Action Plan for the implementation of the state program for the development of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025, with the aim of improving the theoretical knowledge of doctors of medical institutions of the region responsible for HIV infection, and further strengthening measures to combat HIV/AIDS infection.

The seminar was attended by 25 people from medical and preventive institutions of the city of Aktau. Another 29 health workers took part in the workshop online via the ZOOM app. During the seminar, the anti-epidemic regime was strictly
