THE TEACHER’S CODE OF HONOR OF THE «KAZAKH SCIENTIFIC CENTER FOR DERMATOLOGY AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES" OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

  • The Teacher's Code of Honor is a set of rules, ethical principles, and moral values ​​adopted by the institute, approved by the Academic Council of the Republican State Enterprise on the RSE on REM «KAZAKH SCIENTIFIC CENTER OF DERMATOLOGY AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES» MH RK.
  • The teacher of the scientific center is a professional who actively conducts pedagogical, scientific and innovative, clinical and educational work.
  • The teacher is aware of the responsibility for the high quality of teaching, research and scientific guidance of young scientists and residents.
  • The teacher strictly observes the standards and requirements of the curriculum, considers unauthorized changes to the approved order of the educational process unacceptable.
  • The teacher constantly improves his professional level, carries out research projects in accordance with the latest innovative technologies, is active in academic mobility.
  • The teacher actively participates in the traditional conferences of the institute (“Hansen Patient Care Day”, “STI Day”, “Gratitude Day”, “Victory Day”, “Mercy Day”, “Melanoma Day”, “Children's Day”, “Day of Vitiligo”, “Psoriasis Day”, “Elderly Person's Day”, “AIDS Day”).
  • The teacher is aware that the educational aspects of the socialization of the individual, the formation of his moral values ​​is a key function of pedagogical activity in fulfilling the mission, vision, policy and strategy of the research center.
  • The teacher instills in the resident pride, devotion and deep respect for the Motherland, its great historical past, the State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • The teacher is obliged to show social and legal activity in the formation of a high civil-patriotic worldview, legal and ethno-inter-confessional tolerant culture.
  • The teacher is called upon to form and develop in the resident a conscious motivation for caring and preserving the moral and ethical values ​​and traditions of the institute; respects the freedom, honor and dignity of the student, does not allow unfounded accusations, rudeness, tactlessness.
  • The teacher counteracts corruption (fraud, bribery, malpractice) and actions involving corruption or creating conditions for it, as a threat to undermine the high reputation and rating of the research center in the implementation of its Mission and Strategy.
  • The teacher is a patriot and adherent of the KSCDID’S policy and corporate spirit, who, through his actions and behavior, preserves and strengthens the authority and image of the scientific center in all areas of his multifaceted activities.
  • For violation of the Code of Honor, the rules stipulated by the Charter and other normative and directive documents, disciplinary and administrative sanctions (reprimand, reprimand, severe reprimand) are taken, up to and including dismissal from the scientific center.
