The Kazakh Scientific Center of Dermatology and Infectious Diseases expresses its sincere condolences in connection with the death of Turar Yeskendirovich Chaklikov.
His whole life is a vivid example of selfless service to the country, the chosen cause, loyalty to his ideals and convictions. From 1998 to 2002, he worked as the general director of the Republican Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS.
Turar Yeskendirovich lived a bright life, always had an active position, he was distinguished by humanity, intelligence, high professionalism, cheerfulness and optimism.
