City residents asked questions, shared personal experiences, and noted that such events help dispel myths about HIV and promote greater responsibility for one’s own health.
For people living with HIV, consultations were provided by oncologists, hepatologists, phthisiatricians, dermatovenereologists, and oncological mammologists. In total, 82 people received specialist consultations, and 130 Almaty residents benefitted from psychosocial counselling.
