Anti-corruption training seminar

From August 21 to August 23, 2023 for specialists (more than 20% of employees are covered) A 3-day offline training seminar on the topic "Anti-Corruption program" was held at the Almaty Regional Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS, the training was conducted by Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), associate Professor Aitimov Bolat Zholdasbekuly.

Detailed and interesting information was received in the field of anti-corruption memo, conflict of interest, ethics, management of specialists, procurement procedure and other topics. Detailed information about the compliance officer has been received.

The training took place in an interesting format – a business game and teamwork. A diagram was drawn on the flipchart with various markers, and each employee had the opportunity to fully express their thoughts. The participants of the training were divided into groups and tried to solve situational problems on their own.

At the end of the seminar, materials were distributed to the participating specialists, certificates were awarded and they passed an individual questionnaire.
