On amendments to the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2019 No. 387 "On approval of the composition of the supervisory board of the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Kazakh Scientific Center for Dermatology and Infectious Diseases" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" 

  

1.  In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts" and paragraph 1 of Article 148 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property" I ORDER:2.  Include in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan datedJuly 17, 2019 No. 387 “On approval of the composition of the supervisory board of the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management “Kazakh Scientific Center for Dermatology and Infectious Diseases” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan” the following changes:introduce to the Supervisory Board of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Kazakh Scientific Center for Dermatology and Infectious Diseases" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the specified order:

 director of the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Kazakh Scientific Center for Dermatology and Infectious Diseases" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

 

 

withdraw from the specified composition Bayserkin B.S.3.Determine that the term of office of Abishev A.T. expires with the expiration of the term of office of the Supervisory Board as a whole.4. This order comes into force from the date of signing.
