Code of honor of a resident of KNSDID

The Code of honor of a resident of the “Kazakh Scientific Center for Dermatology and Infectious Diseases” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

  1. A resident of KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan must comply with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of the KSCDIDof the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Internal Regulations and other normative acts of the KSCDIDof the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  2. A resident of the KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan must know and honor the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the national culture, history and statehood of Kazakhstan, carefully preserve and increase the traditions of the institute.
  3. A resident of KSCDIDMOH RK must show courtesy, correctness and attentiveness in communication with other residents, teachers and administration of KSCDIDMOH RK. A resident of the KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan must respect any person, regardless of his origin and nationality, social status, religious or worldview beliefs.
  4. A resident of KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be liable for the violation of the “Code of honor of a resident of the KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. In case of violations, the following measures of disciplinary liability may be applied to the resident: announcement of a remark; announcement of a reprimand up to expulsion from the residency.
  5. A resident of KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan must strictly fulfill his educational duties, not allow ethical, academic and legal violations, including:
  • plagiarism;
  • forgery;
  • use of cheat sheets, cheating and hints at all stages of various forms of knowledge control;
  • using family or service ties to get a higher score;
  • bribery;
  • deception of the teacher and disrespectful attitude towards him;
  • absenteeism and being late without a good reason.
  1. A resident of the KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan must take care of the safety of the property of the KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and prevent manifestations of vandalism on its territory.
  2. A resident of KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan should take care of the library and information resources of the scientific center, avoiding careless or sabotage attitude towards them.
  3. A resident of KSCDID MOH RK must look neat, his appearance must comply with aesthetic standards.
  4. A resident of KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan should lead a healthy lifestyle, strive to improve their cultural, moral and physical level, take an active part in the socio-cultural, scientific and sports life of the institute.
  5. A resident of KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan should not commit illegal offenses both at the institute and outside it.
  6. A resident of the KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan should not allow the dissemination of information aimed at destabilizing order in the country, as well as participate in unauthorized meetings, demonstrations, rallies, pickets, actions and marches.
  7. A resident of KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan should refrain from participating in any activity that is contrary to the interests of the scientific center, damaging the image and reputation of the KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  8. A resident of KSCDID of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who has discovered a violation of the provisions of the Code, should try to stop it on his own or notify the self-government bodies (trade union committee of residents) or the administration about this.
