Workshop for laboratory staff

On November 30 - December 1, 2023, a training seminar "Laboratory aspects of the transition to a new algorithm for HIV diagnosis in conditions of decentralization" was held in Almaty.

The event was organized by the PAS Center within the framework of the regional project "Sustainability of services for key groups in Eastern Europe and Central Asia", funded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

The seminar program is intended for laboratory staff of regional HIV prevention centers and is devoted to the organization of the transition to updated HIV testing strategies, coordination between different health systems, staff training, testing quality control and the development of an effective monitoring and evaluation system.
