Took part in the VII International Congress of Central Asia

On October 5-7, 2023, an infectious disease doctor of the treatment and preventive department of the Almaty Regional AIDS Center, Saniyam Makhmutova, participated in the International Congress “VII Central Asian Gastroenterological Week - 2023”, organized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KazNMU named after. S.Zh. Asfendiyarov, the Institute of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Metabolism “Interna Clinic”, as well as the Kazakh Association for the Study of the Liver.

At the Congress, held in a hybrid format, topics were discussed: chronic viral hepatitis, functional diseases of the digestive system, infectious gastroenterology, etc. Plenary sessions, scientific symposiums and master classes were held on these issues.
