The other day, the news program News on the Pavlodar Irbis TV channel showed a story about the work of the Ekibastuz branch. The epidemiological situation of HIV infection in the region is at a concentrated stage; since the beginning of the year, 22 cases of HIV have been registered, since the registration of the first case - 283.

The Ekibastuz laboratory is equipped with Architect plus equipment, which performs tests for HIV, hepatitis B and C. The stories in the state and Russian languages reflected the work of volunteers, four trust points, distribution of personal protective equipment, syringes, information materials to vulnerable groups of the population, and rapid testing.
