This energetic nurse with "burning" eyes is immediately remembered by the patients of KNCDIZ. Aigerim Orazbek is young, professional, responsive!

And Aigerim got into medicine by accident. Since childhood, I dreamed of becoming a lawyer. Graduated from the Law Faculty of the University. And... couldn't find a job. This happens in life, you go to one dream, and you come to another, which becomes the main one.

In search of work, she entered the hospital as a nurse. At first it was scary, I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to cope. But then I got used to it, got used to it, entered and graduated from medical college.

But Aigerim wanted more realization of their knowledge, skills and energy. And again, an accident helped. I walked past the KNCDIZ and went in without planning anything in advance. And here were sensitive, responsive specialists who believed the girl. Aigerim started working as a nurse.

Her diligence and perseverance were noticed by colleagues. Mentoring is developed in the KNCDIZ, professionals willingly pass on their experience and skills to the younger generation. Aigerim has her own mentors – Zhanna Serikbolovna Ushirbakieva – senior nurse and Karlygash Tursungazievna Anapiyaeva – procedural nurse.

- Aigerim is a girl who is constantly studying, moreover, very quickly delves into the solution of any problem. Responsible in everything. She's my right hand in the department now. During the quarantine in connection with COVID-19, when we opened a department for patients, Aigerim was the first to say that she would work in it and stayed. And she also has an excellent command of IT technologies, she always helps everyone! - says Zh. S. Ushirbakieva – senior nurse.

Now Aigerim is a post nurse. From morning to evening, chores, procedures for patients, control of treatment, interaction with doctors. He gets tired, but he never complains. After all, my favorite job!

In 2020, Aigerim Orazbek was deservedly awarded an Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for her selfless work, in 2022 – a diploma of the akim of Medeu district.
