BENEFITS FOR CHILDREN WITH HIV IN 2023

At the beginning of the new year, 2023, the Patient Support Service of the Pavlodar Center for AIDS Prevention and Control receives a lot of questions about benefits for HIV-infected people. This is understandable: from January 1, 2023, the size of the monthly calculation index, pensions, and state benefits have changed in Kazakhstan.

Among the most common questions is how much they will pay to HIV-positive children in 2023. Indeed, from January 1, 2023 the amount of monthly allowance for HIV-positive child has changed.

According to the Law of RK the state will continue paying monthly allowance in 2023 to HIV-positive children under 18 years old in the amount of two minimum subsistence incomes. The amount of allowance will be 91 246 tenge.In addition: the documents are accepted in Pavlodar AIDS Center, 50АAkademicBekturovStreet, in the social worker's office.
