Meeting with the Global Fund country team

On January 19, in Almaty, the Kazakh Scientific Center of Dermatology and Infectious Diseases hosted a visit by the country team of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GF).

The insurance team was represented by Tatiana Vinnichenko, Portfolio Manager of the GF, David Kokiashvili, a specialist in monitoring and evaluation of GF programs, Korina Maxim, a specialist in sustainability, transition and co-financing.

The meeting was attended by employees of the CNDDIZ, local agents of the Foundation, representatives of the Country Coordinating Committee for Work with International Organizations on HIV Infection and Tuberculosis, and sub-contractors of the grant.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the implementation of the Global Fund grant on the HIV component in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the main directions for inclusion in the Global Fund Grant Application for 2024-2026.
