CCM Working Meeting

On November 29, Almaty hosted a working meeting of the supervisory committee of the Country Coordinating Committee for Work with International Organizations on HIV Infection and Tuberculosis (CCM) with representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the main recipients of a grant from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GF) and local agents of the fund.

The participants discussed the results of the implementation of projects in 2022:

- on the Tuberculosis component and measures to mitigate the consequences of COVID19- to support the TB program in 2022;

- on the component "HIV and AIDS" and measures to mitigate the consequences of COVID19- to support the HIV infection program;

-according to the component of the maintenance therapy program (PTAO);

-on HIV: pre-contact prevention;

-on HIV: state social order;

-on HIV: NGO on the component "Tuberculosis".

During the discussion, the participants worked out joint solutions to eliminate risks and gaps in the implementation of grants.
