Joint work of NGOs and state organizations of the region

On September 21, 2022, the NGO “Family Center “Ak Otau” within the framework of the project “Prevention of HIV and AIDS” organized a round table on the basis of the Museum of Baiterek district, West Kazakhstan region. Invited guests: representatives of local schools, health workers, activists and members of the public.

The chairwoman of the NGO “Family Center “Ak Otau”, A. Iskalieva, in her opening speech, spoke about the goals and objectives of the non-governmental organization and outlined the relevance of the issues of preventing HIV infection and AIDS in Kazakhstan.

Specialist of the WKO Regional AIDS Center V. Tsoi spoke about the implementation of a set of preventive and anti-epidemic measures, diagnosis and treatment of HIV infection in the region.

The participants of the round table took an active part in the debate.
