Webinar on "HIV prevention" in Atyrau

On September 7-8, 2022, specialists of Atyrau Regional Center for Healthy Lifestyle Formation LLP and Atyrau Regional AIDS Center epidemiologist Zh.Tulemisova, M.Baymukhanova took part in a joint online webinar on the topic: "HIV prevention" for medical workers of the Zhyloy and Inder districts.

The purpose of the webinar is to provide information about the prevention of HIV infection.Specialists of the AIDS Center informed medical workers, as a risk group for occupational HIV infection, about ways to prevent accidents, protection measures during medical procedures, the importance of knowing the HIV status, protecting the rights of HIV-infected people.

A total of 58 medical workers took part in the event.
