A forum of specialists of the dermatovenerological service of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be held in Taraz

On June 23-25, the Kazakh Scientific Center of Dermatology and Infectious Diseases of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Dermatovenerology of the S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University and the Society of Dermatovenerologists, Dermatocosmetologists and Leprologists are holding the XII scientific and educational regional forum "17 regions of Dermatovenerologists, Dermatocosmetologists and leprologists" in the city of Taraz.

The forum will be held within the framework of the World Vitiligo Day with the participation of well-known domestic specialists and scientists of the industry, as well as young doctors. The event has traditionally been organized since 2015 and has already become a popular platform for scientific and practical communication.

The purpose of the current forum is to strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation, exchange best practices and introduce innovations in the provision of specialized medical care. The program of the event includes lectures, presentations, master classes devoted to the problems of tactics and improving the quality of treatment, preventing the development of disability.

Participants will get acquainted with the results of scientific research related to the identification of the nature of the occurrence of skin diseases that have been carried out in the country in recent years. The forum will host a school of young specialists with the participation of residents of the KNCDIZ, where individual clinical cases and features of diseases will be discussed.

The issues of diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo, atopic dermatitis, alopecia and other common diseases are planned to be the focus of professional discussions. Doctors will talk about the effective possibilities of using trichoscopy, dermatosurgery, phototherapy, corneotherapy and other treatment tools in practice.

Within the framework of the forum, consultations of patients with chronic severe dermatoses and organizational and methodological assistance to specialists of the Zhambyl regional skin and venereological dispensary from the doctors of the KNCDIZ are planned.

In connection with the "Year of Children in Kazakhstan" announced in the country, the leading specialists of KNCDIZ will provide consultative and diagnostic assistance to young patients of the region with dermatological diseases on the basis of the central district hospital of the Merken district.
