A decade dedicated to World AIDS Day was announced in the capital from 15 to 25 November 2021. The first of these events took place in the city polyclinic # 15, an open day on the topic "Prevention of HIV and sexually transmitted infections."

During the event, rapid HIV testing was organized among the attached population. Those interested received counseling on HIV and STI prevention from specialists. Residents who took an active part in the action were presented with memorable gifts (backpacks, mugs and sweatshirts), and information leaflets were also distributed.
