Study of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Explanatory work is being carried out in the KNCDIZ to study the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted at the republican referendum on March 15, 2026.

The adopted Constitution reflects the modern political and legal stage of our country's development, which clearly enshrines the constitutional values of a Just Kazakhstan, headed by a man, his life, rights and freedoms.

The key standards providing for the guarantee of citizens' right to health protection were explained to the staff. Special attention in the course of information and explanatory work is paid to the issues of public health protection. One of the accents is the importance of education and science, including medical education, as the basis for the sustainable development of the state and the formation of human capital.

Also, during the explanatory work, the mechanisms of practical application of constitutional norms in professional activities were discussed. Special attention is paid to improving the quality of medical services, compliance with ethical standards and strengthening the responsibility of specialists for the health and well-being of the population. It was emphasized that adherence to constitutional principles contributes to strengthening citizens' confidence in the healthcare system and state institutions in general.
