Patient Gratitude

My mother, Gulbakhran Takhtakhunovna Khudaykulova, and I express our gratitude. We want to thank the doctors and teams who brought our loved ones back to life. We are eternally grateful for being there at the most difficult moment and for continuing to help your patients even after discharge.

There are times in life when life hangs by a thread, and it is the doctors who decide what happens next. This was the case with my mother. In October 2024, she was in serious condition. Hospitals refused to admit her urgently, and only the Kazakh Scientific Center of Dermatology and Infectious Diseases responded and admitted her through the portal. The doctors and medical staff did everything possible and impossible to literally bring her back from the brink. Thanks to the coordinated work of the institute's team, my mother returned home on her own, with healed wounds and hope for life.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the head of the department, Ainur Abimullaevna Taubayeva, for her decisive decisions, rigor, and leadership; to the attending physicians, Aigerim Serikbaevna Idrisova and Inzha Sarsembaevna Raimkul, for their professionalism and attention, care, and respect; and to all the nurses and orderlies, everyone who helps our loved ones recover!

Now my mother undergoes scheduled treatment at the KNCDIZ twice a year, and each time we see the same thing: cleanliness, order, a carefully selected menu, and efficient operation of the department.

Thank you to the doctors, nurses, orderlies, and the entire team—to everyone without whom recovery is impossible! At the KNCDIZ: professionally, we demonstrate efficiency; humanely, we demonstrate a tremendous heart and care.
