On January 19, 2025, Akylzhan Shaidollaevich Dikanbayev, director of the Regional HIV Prevention Center of UZ OA, died at the age of 58.

  Akylzhan Shaidollaevich was born on May 18, 1966 in Zharma district, Zharma settlement. In 1989, he graduated from Semipalatinsk State Medical Institute with a degree in pediatrics. He completed an internship at the Dzhambul Regional TB Dispensary, specializing in pediatrician-phthisiologist. From 2008 to 2014, he worked as the chief physician of the KGKP Polyclinic No. 1. From 2014 to the present, he has worked as the director of the Regional HIV Prevention Center in the Abai region.

Akylzhan Shaidollaevich is a doctor of the highest category of Public Health, in 2013 he was awarded the badge "Kazakhstan Republikasy densaulyk Aktau isin uzdigi". He performed his official duties in good faith and at a high professional level. In his relations with colleagues, he was always correct, benevolent, and enjoyed a well-deserved reputation among the medical community of the region. He strictly adhered to the rules and norms of business ethics. He possessed high human qualities such as kindness, decency, and honesty. A wonderful family man, raised two daughters.

Akylzhan Shaidollaevich's long-term work has been awarded many awards. He will always remain in our memory as a bright, kind, and extraordinarily talented man.
