Training for outreach workers and web consultants

On November 21-23, outreach workers and web consultants from different regions of the country were trained at the national training on increasing the capacity of NGOs in the provision of harm reduction services "modern narcoscena: HPV, online harm reduction, gender and HIV prevention".

You can take part in the training not only offline, but also online. The program was interesting, useful and Rich.

Participants studied:

- tools and best practices for web outreach and online consulting in the country;

- ethics of behavior of consultants and outreach workers: offline and online;

- Prevention and post-exposure prevention, self-examination.

The audience activity was triggered by a mental health session in which listeners received information about mental disorders caused by the use of substances (Pav) and new psychoactive substances (NPAV) and the power of the community in overcoming stigma and maintaining mental health.

Another important aspect of the training was the subject of stigmatization of discrimination within and between communities. During its discussion, the participants developed an algorithm for working on web consulting.

The event is organized by: the Global Foundation for the fight against AIDS, Tuberculosis and malaria in partnership with the UN Office on drugs and crime and the Center for scientific and practical initiatives.
