Meeting with the youth of Atyrau

 On November 23, 2021, on the occasion of the World AIDS Day, within the framework of the decade "HIV: Hear everyone", meetings were held among students and teachers of the Atyrau College of Business and Law on the topic: "HIV and stigma/discrimination". The event was attended by specialists of the preventive department of the regional AIDS center  A. Abylgazieva, M.Baymukhanova.

Stigma regarding HIV varies in society, persecution and isolation of people in society often leads to untimely detection, treatment, which in turn contributes to the spread of HIV infection

The main purpose of the meeting was to support and help society to people living with HIV. Raising awareness among students about the problem of HIV/AIDS, increasing responsibility towards your health

 The meeting was attended by 50 students and teachers, information memos on HIV prevention were distributed/AIDS.
