The best materials are recognized for their contribution to the prevention of HIV infection

On November 17, 2020, in the city of Nur-Sultan, in continuation of the World AIDS Campaign, an award was given to media workers who took an active part in informing the population about HIV prevention.

Utepkaliev Yerzhan, correspondent of the information portal “BAQ.kz”, Tleuova Rakhilya and presenter of the radio “Orda FM” Tolepbergen Maira, were awarded with certificates of honor and memorable prizes.

Director of the AIDS Center Abdraimov Sabit Bekmaganbetovich expressed gratitude to journalists for their support and solidarity in covering HIV issues, for active common work throughout 2020 and expressed hope for further successful cooperation. In total, 110 materials on HIV infection and the activities of the AIDS Center were published in the media this year.
