Seminar with the staff of the Probation Office of Uralsk

On November 16, 2020, as part of the campaign to combat AIDS, specialists from the Regional AIDS Center of the WKO held a seminar for the personnel of the Probation Office. The event was held in compliance with quarantine measures.

A.Ashigalieva, epidemiologist of the department of preventive work, spoke about the topic and significance of the campaign, made a presentation on the topic “Epidemiological situation of HIV infection in WKO. Prevention of HIV Infection and Precautions ”. During the seminar, questions were asked about the symptoms of the disease, life expectancy and much more.

The event involved 25 people, information and educational materials were distributed.
